House nestled into a quiet plot of 700m2 with wonderful views to the Majorero landscape.
The house was fully renovated in summer 2018 and has everything necessary to spend a few days of relax while enjoying the unforgettable sunrises and sunsets of this beautiful island.
Located in the quiet village of Lajares, in the municipality of La Oliva, to the north of Fuerteventura.
This small and traditional Majorero town has 500 inhabitants and is surrounded by crop fields separated with stone walls, real windmills, extensive plains and desert landscapes.
Lajares is also known for the craftsmanship, the embroidery and the lace knitting.
Two cycle paths start in the town of Pajares. That’s ideal to enjoy a trip in total safety.
The village of Lajares is only some minutes’ walk from the town and offers some services such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants. There is also a playground.
Only 10 minutes by car you can get lost in El Cotillo, an area of extensive desert beaches, the perfect spot for the practice of water activities such as surfing and underwater fishing.
It is also worth mentioning the Natural Park of Las Dunas de Corralejo and Isla de Lobos both with magnificent beaches of golden sand and turquoise water at only 17 km from Villa Filale.
The house has 72 m2 built and is distributed as follows:
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 1.90 m)
* Fully equipped kitchen-living room with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster
* Living room with satellite TV, free Internet And double sofa bed (1.35 m)
* 1 spacious bathroom with shower (1.20 x 90 cm), electric water heater, washing machine, hair dryer and first aid kit.
Big terrace, ideal for having breakfast, lunch or dinner and private garden with hammocks, perfect for sunbathing.

Sehr gemütliches, kleines Haus am Rand des Dorfes Lajares. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Tolle Terrasse, hier kann man den Abend noch wunderbar ausklingen lassen. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, morgens kräht sogar ein Hahn. Drei freundliche Hunde wohnen in den umliegenden Häusern und passen auf.
Im Dorf gibt es alles was nötig ist. Wir waren in zwei Restaurants essen, beide waren sehr gut. Zu Fuss ins Dorf sind es ca. 20 Minuten.
Von Lajares aus ist man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an den schönen Stränden und einsamen Buchten von El Cotillo. s
