Chalet Alpin 04: Dirty walls, showers & furniture, poorly equipped for 10 people. Poor value for money.

The surrounding nature is stunning. The facility staff makes efforts even through language barriers.

This refers to chalet Alpin 04: Dirty walls and showers, a Senseo coffeemaker in a house for ten (was replaced by a proper coffee machine after we complained), pieces broken off doors and kitchen fronts, a disgusting dirty safety board on one of the bunk beds. A television right over one of the bunks so you can’t let children sleep in that bed in case they might swing from it. Cables hanging loose in the children’s bedroom - fear of strangulation. The place looked well used, shower rails were loose, shower doors didn’t close properly. One bathroom basin missed a plug so the soap bar we were given on our arrival (2 soap bars for 8 people booked and 3 bathrooms !!!) fell down the drain. The sauna has barely room enough for 2 people, only if they don’t mind their bodies touching. The description was all about luxury apartments. We haven’t found much luxury apart from the beautiful surroundings. Parking situation was a nightmare. The description said the house comes with 2 parking spots, one at the house and another in walking distance. There was a gravel path leading up to the house but no parking spot. The parking spots weren’t assigned to specific houses / apartments so sometimes we had to walk from one end to the Resort to the other. In a nutshell: Never again. Cannot recommend at all. Really nice apartments for half the price only just a few kilometres away. Check out my pictures.

Great location for snowboarding, close to the lifts. Food in the restaurant was very good.

I could have used a balcony or a place where I could sit outside and enjoy the very beautiful surroundings. View from window was nice... but would have been even nicer to sit outside :-)

An epic week in the alps

The flat had it all. The private sauna, fireplace, three balconies and plenty of space to relax, made the best impression. The facility manager was helpful and very courteous. I highly recommend the restaurant, which serves excellent food!

I recommend doing a real laundry. Currently there is only one washer and dryer available in a shared facility.

great stay, spacious appartment, friendly staff, close to skilift, breakfast service

- spacious 2-room appartement with lots of daylight, - spacious bathroom with instant hot water - wide view from livingroom and bedroom, - friendly staff, - close to main skilift (5 min walk), - great breakfast service delivered to appartment - great restaurant in main building - delicious!

- lack of parking spaces - different layout than booked: no 2nd separate toilet and bathroom/toilet entrance only through parents bedroom, and not separate through hallway (as per floorplan in booking confirmation) This was not convenient with 1 teenage son (15) and 1 friend (16) staying with us

the food situation on site was a little difficult to manage and seemed to max out for delivery pretty rapidly. also some more cleaning supplies in the place would have been better. Enough dishwasher pods for 1x a day, a broom and dustpan, extra trash bags.

Great location, fantastic staff

Lovely chalets, modern, spacious and clean. The management team are delightful and on-site brasserie is fabulous. Very short walk to the ski lifts in the morning. Supermarket within walking distance

Chalets are spacious and fairly well equipped, except they don’t have an oven. However, the on-site team were kind enough to cook part-baked baguettes in the brasserie kitchen for us

Nice place with great service!

The host was super nice and the apartment was modern and well located. The design of the place is nice and the service very good.

On booking.com there were two sleeping couches in the room description but there seemed to have been a mistake in the description because there was only one couch in the room and we were told it was always meant like that (but the one which was there was big and two people could sleep on the couch).

Cosy and calm stay

We had a great time here. You can view the mountains from the window and the apartment was spot-on clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking is available right in front and also a super market is not far away. We had everything we needed (make sure to bring some basics though if you plan to cook there such as oil, salt and pepper). We recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Very nice and modern chalet with great beds and excellent bakery delivery service in the (early) morning

No marked parking places sometimes limits the parking capacity when people do not park efficiently and do not think about guest arriving later and not being able to park ;-)
