Excellent flat, located in front of Ponta Negra beach, with 32m2 of private balcony and sea view also from the internal rooms.
It has a basic kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and household utensils.
Dining and living room with 01 double sofa bed (the type that has a normal mattress).
02 bathrooms with hot showers, cable TV, wi-fi and air conditioning (split).
Room 01 King box bed.
Accommodates a maximum of 04 guests already including children if any.
Condominium has swimming pool, gym, gourmet space (optional breakfast service and others paid separately), wi-fi, sauna, closed parking and 24 hour reception.
There are extra fees if you request cleaning or bed and bath linen changes in addition to those already included in the requested period and cleaning fee if you request the use of the barbecue)

Fiquei com minha família esses dias e, gostamos muito do local, da localização. Também, a que se destacar a atenção e prontidão da proprietária, sra. Jane, em atender nossas solicitações.

Atendeu parcialmente a expectativa. As acomodações são como descritas. A varanda é ampla, o visual é bonito, perto da praia de Ponta Negra, Morro do Careca.
A topografia do local tornou_se cansativa para fazer compras, o que não tem nada a ver com a estadia.
Apesar do flat ter a opçao do café da manhã temos o hábito de fazer nossas refeições e por isso faltaram itens essenciais para a nossa estadia, a saber uma cafeteira, liquidificador, uma jarra para refresco e vasilhames plasticos. Recomendo o imovel mas para estadia mais longa seria bom que esses itens fossem providenciados.
O ar condicionado necessita de reparo.

Estivemos hospedados uma semana e foi maravilhoso , localização ótima perto de tudo,alguns passos da praia . Fomos muito bem recebidos , funcionários atenciosos, prestativos e sempre bem humorados .O Flat perfeito limpo , impecável , exatamente como nas fotos .As duchas são ótimas , cama super confortável , cozinha equipada , enfim lugar perfeito super recomendo e com certeza voltarei . Destaco ainda a gentileza , e o carinho que recebemos da proprietária Jane , pessoa linda , amável que nos passou dicas importantes de grande valia e nos deu a honra de sua visita . Obrigada Jane e equipe pela semana incrível que ali vivemos.

É meio complicado falar do varandas sem ter vontade de voltar, lugar espetacular, uma ótima vista para o mar, no flat não lhe falta nada, perto de tudo, não seria exagero falar que foi a melhor recepção de todas minhas viagens, aconselho a todos, podem ir sem medo.
Sem palavras também para a Jane, pessoa fantástica que nos ajudou muito e a qual somo muito agradecidos, enfim, espero voltar mais e mais vezes...
