The property has a private swimming pool, also in the park of the villa of 500 square meters you can admire the vegetation of the area, cherry trees, olive trees and a majestic weeping willow. It 'a barbecue and a small wooden pergola poolside. It's complemented by a large canopy with outdoor dining table.

The double rooms are two, well far from each other (not wall). There are two bathrooms with shower.
