About this chalet rental
The Grinev bungalow in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet residential area with a communal swimming pool.
Layout of the property:
The accommodation is 120 m² and has beautiful sea and mountain views. Facing south-east, the bungalow has two floors, a main floor with an air-conditioned living-dining room, a kitchen open to the living room with a small gallery where the washing machine and water heater are located, a guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and a beautiful terrace with lovely open views where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Going down some internal stairs, we reach the bedroom area where we find the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, and the third bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. On the lower floor, there is also a full bathroom with a shower.
Outside the bungalow:
With a plot of approximately 200 m2, at the entrance to the property there is an enclosed parking area and another open area at the door of the property (2 parking spaces in total). There is a terrace off the living room and another terrace on the ground floor which can be accessed from inside the property or via external stairs. The house has a portable barbecue.
It has a communal pool area with a children's pool for the little ones, showers and an area with sun loungers and parasols (check opening hours, dates and capacity). The residential complex has a total of 18 bungalows, but only 14 use the communal pool, making it a very peaceful and quiet place.

It has garden furniture, fenced plot, 50 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, free internet access (wifi), heating electric radiators, air conditioning in all bedrooms, communal+infantile swimming pool (check opening hours, opening dates and capacity), covered parking in the same building, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).
The independent electric kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.

Very nice apartment in a nice area. Short drive to the beach and to food shops. Calp is a very cozy city. We would like to come back.
Ask for better instructions to find an apartment. 😉

La funcionalidad de la casa.
La comodidad del mobiliario exterior, como colchonetas en hamacas y cojines en sillas. Al igual que baldas en los armarios de los dormitorios.

En fin lejlighed med soveplads til 6 personer. Perfekt til 4 personer som vi var. Altan med smuk udsigt at vaagne op til hver morgen. Ca.10-15 gaagang ind til byen. Calpe's Old Town er hyggelig med nogle traditionelle Tapasbare og den nyere bydel har gode shoppemuligheder.
Udlejeren var venlig og fleksibel og det var hurtigt om nemt at faa og give noegle til boligen.

Une belle location calme idéale pour une famille avec des jeune enfants, un peu trop calme pour des ados...
Nous avons été déçu par la plage de puerto blanco prés de la location pas aussi magique que sur les photos de l'annonce, pas de place de parking et à pied difficile avec une sacrée côte à monter...
Dans le centre c'est la croix et la bannière pour trouver une place de parking....
