About this villa rental
Villa two levels ideally situated on the promenade; in 1st line on the seafront with direct access to the beach and garden. The beach is supervised.
Villa 4 faces, very bright and pleasant where the entrance, living room, dining-room and kitchen form a large living room (no sheers on the windows). Mezzanine with library and access to a sun terrace overlooking the sea.
3 bedrooms with double beds, two queen size, scheduled for 6 people. A room with balcony overlooking the sea.
The two bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, beach towels, bathrobes, bath mats, tea towels, tablecloths, towels.)

Belle villa idéalement placée qui permet de profiter à 100% de la mer et de la station (On ne peut pas tte plus près de la mer, en plein centre et des activités)
Bien sûr cela génère du bruit mais l’endroit reste très reposant même au mois d’aout.
La maison est vaste et lumineuse (attention, nombreuses marches car elle est sur différents demi niveaux)
A recommander pour des vacances en famille et entre amis

Very cosy small town at the beach, close to all one needs and basically at the beach. Very comfortable and charming place with extremely nice owners that prepared the stay to be memorable experience. Will want to come back!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus gut aufgeteilt und die Lage ist unglaublich.
Es ist alles da was man braucht , die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, der Garten ist wunderbar schattig und großzügig .
Für Deutsche Gäste wäre es trotzdem sehr schön wenn eine Sat-Anlage" die wirklich nicht teuer ist "vorhanden wäre um auch etwas TV sehen zu können.
Der einzige Punkt den ich mir wünschen würde, wäre wenn das obere Bad renoviert wäre. Man kann durchaus schöne Ferien verbringen, nur bei 5000.-€ für 2 Wochen, wäre ein bisschen mehr " Luxus" wünschenswert.
Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich würde das Haus jedenfalls mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!!

Maison lumineuse ou il fait bon se reposer. La vue sur la mer est imprenable!!! Les commerces' les restaurants sont à proximité, la voiture peut rester au garage. Detente' repos assurés. Adresse à conserver pour une autre année.
