About this apartment rental
In a luxurious site ideally located in the Marina of Agadir (recently built) at 1 min walk to the beach (near sea), all kinds of shops (Zara, Celio, hairdresser, bank ...) are Inside the marina and several restaurants and cafes, a grocery store is also available for shopping, the port is located just next to the marina if you want to enjoy fish fries.
The 'spacious apartment (115 m2) is on the first floor of a quiet building with elevator guarded 24h / 24h; at the foot of the building 3 beautiful swimming pools and a huge garden.
The apartment is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style very neat, it has 2 bedrooms, one with terrace.
- A first air-conditioned room with a double bed + tv inside the room 'and access a first bathroom.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed with access to the second bathroom. This room also has TV.
-the large closets in second bedroom and hallway of the first chamber will serve you to store your belongings.
- Sitting of the bench can serve as extra beds if needed.
-The living room has a balcony where you can relax or have lunch.
-a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine ...)
-a conditioned lounge with TV, a living area, two sun terraces. despite the proximity to shops apartment is located away from all noise.
-The high speed Wifi in the apartment will allow you to stay connected.
- A fixed telephone line is made available for incoming calls.(Rechargeable if you want to call).
- A satellite receiver allows you to watch both the French national channels and foreign channels.
You can park your car underneath the apartment safely

We had a lovely stay , everything was very straight foward from booking to departure, The communication was excellent with very quick response. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a stay.And the location was perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants

Prachtig ruim straalt luxe uit van buiten. Zeker mooi complex met prachtige tuinen er omheen. Appartement zelf is toe aan totale vernieuwing. Miste ook basisdingen als zout toiletpapier afwasmiddel. Het was schoon maar door ouderdom vies kit ed
