About this house rental

Full of history and charm, Keush Ranch is a unique Southern California destination that combines the untouched, raw terrain of historic California with the comforts of home. With its astonishing 100-year old oak trees, hiking trails, and whimsical landscape, this 6-acre ranch property provides adventure at every turn. Guests enjoy breathtaking views of the Foothill Mountains and La Tuna Canyon hillside.

Perfect for a family getaway, group gathering, or couple's retreat. The Ranch accommodates anywhere from 2 to 8 Adult guests. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths that is well equipped for your vacation getaway. As you enter the front entrance of the house, the living room is to the left, featuring a large flat screen TV where friends and family can hang out, watch TV or exercise your musical talents on the piano. The TV is equipped with cable and streaming applications such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

From there, enter into the kitchen and open dining area where you will find the essentials for an elaborate gourmet dinner or a simple home cooked meal. It is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, which includes a 4 burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is also a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and all serving necessities. There is complimentary coffee available in the freezer along with sugar and creamer for your enjoyment. A breakfast bar with leather stools provides additional seating while enjoying a quick breakfast or your morning coffee. Bring everyone together for a round of Monopoly or any of the games available from the bookshelf.
After some family fun, enjoy a meal at the dinner table with space to seat up to eight.

The dining area opens up into an expansive private deck for alfresco dining and relaxation under the refreshing California breeze. The backyard and patio contains multiple seating arrangements to enjoy the wonderful views making it the perfect place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine to finish the day. We also have a BBQ gas grill should you want to cook outdoors. While the adults enjoy some much needed relaxation, the kids can have fun in the large children’s play area surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. If you are a nature lover, walk along the trails nestled among the hills located directly on the property.

While you are here, we want you to relax and enjoy yourself. There are plush bath towels and toiletries for your use. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV’s and cable. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with a writing desk and attached bathroom. Another bedroom offers 2 queen beds and third bedroom has two twin beds and they share a full size guest bath located in the hallway. The home has central heat and air conditioning, but the house is well shaded, typically keeping it very cool and comfortable. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and out on the deck as well.

The property has a secured fence and gate with keypad entry and the access code will be provided at time of check-in. There is plenty of parking available within the property and some additional parking along the perimeter fence.

Keush Ranch is located conveniently off the I-210, just 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles. You can easily enjoy site seeing, shopping, and visit many local attractions and come home to Keush Ranch, making it truly, a one-of-a-kind home away from home.

Location worked well for us. Most of what we were wanting to do was in northern LA. Beautiful area. You don't feel like you are right close to LA even though you are, which was a benefit for us. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great place to stay.
