About this apartment rental
This apartment (5) is in a holiday home "Zur Alten Maar". It is a new building with 5 apartments.
On the ground floor there is an apartment with a terrace of approx. 60 m².
And on the upper floor there are two apartments, each with 70 m² and balcony.
Also in the attic there are two apartments, each 46m ². All apartments have underfloor heating.
This apartment 5 has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bedroom, a kitchen with dining and living room, 1 bathroom.
There is a sofa bed in the living room, possibly for another person.
The apartment is designed for 3 to 4 people. Each additional person costs 5.00 euros.
We would be happy to provide you with an extra bed or cot. High chairs are also available.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels, but we are also happy to steal a laundry package.
However, this laundry package would cost EUR 10.00 extra per person. Laundry package (bed linen, 1 bath towel and 2 towels)
The house is located in the town center and is located directly on the hiking trail / bike path along the Dortmund-Ems- Seinten Canal.
Bakery 60 m, Pizzaria 40 m and supermarket 400 m away.
In Rorichum there is a paddle station and a restaurant (2 km away)
In Gandersum the Emssperwerk (3 km away)
A nice bike tour would be the route towards Petkum (4 km away) then with the bicycle ferry towards Ditzum.
There are signposted cycle paths in Oldersum.
There is a marina right on the canal.
There is a swimming lake in Neermoor (7 km away)
