Live like a true local while visiting Malaga! Choosing the right location can make your experience in Malaga an unforgettable one.
This elegant luxury apartment is strategically located next to Malaga's Cathedral and the Roman Theatre. The proximity to La Malagueta also makes it very easy to get our local beach! The boutiques from Calle Larios, the Picasso and Thyssen Museums (and the Pompidou, opening in 2015), the Echegaray and Cervantes Theaters, and the Muelle 1 (piers next to the sea) with its restaurants and shops are just minutes away by foot from Cister.
Situated on a second floor, as you can see from the pictures the building is new and marvelous with marble stairs and columns as well as a large inner patio which allows you to rest without any street noises. The Apartment offers the comforts of modern amenities in a classic and traditional old quarter building.
The property is 60 m2 and decorated with stylish contemporary design furniture and its walls feature art work from local artists.
The dinning area and the living room are cozy and homey at the same time: a comfortable designer sofa bed and armchair, a 32” flat screen TV, a custom made dinning wooden table with 4 chairs… everything is there to make you feel at home! You can sit there and just enjoy the beauty of the design of the room.
The kitchen area is elegant and fully equipped: all electric, it features ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine and also an iron and iron board. You can't say that there is something missing here!
The bedroom and the en-suite bathroom follow the elegant and stylish feel of the rest of the apartment. It has a new and extremely comfortable queen size bed; the closet is spacious and has a safe box. The bathroom is elegantly made with marble and has a bathtub with shower,bidet and even a towel warmer.
The whole apartment is provided with central air conditioning / heating unit and wireless internet access.
IMPORTANT - No refunds will be issued over neighborhood activities(local celebrations), construction work, parties or loud noises caused by non guests or properties (should this happen pease let us know so we can call the police ourselves), street noise, no street parking or road closures. If we are made aware of such an event in advance, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We are not responsible for those activities.
We will only accept people under 21 years old if they are accompanied by an adult.
WE NEED ALL OF YOU SHOW US YOUR PASSPORTS OR ID AT YOUR ARRIVAL OR SEND US BY MAIL PRIOR YOUR ARRIVAL FOR A FASTER CHECK IN.
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 the latest. Early arrivals and late departures can be requested before arrival by contacting previously and confirming with the manager. Arrivals between 23.00h & 00.00 h have an extra charge of 25.00 €. and after 00.00 h the charge is of 40.00 €

What a cute condo. The location could not be better!! Walk right out your door and there is the Cathedral of Malaga right there! Convenient to the historical downtown. Very quiet!! I highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment, well equipped and centrally located. Maria was very helpful, especially around giving us advice about the transport strike which was happening on the day we left.
For us we would have preferred the TV to be in the living room rather than the bedroom. But this was a minor niggle.

We had a really good time and felt very comfortable in the flat. It is located right in the center of Málaga, so you can reach all the interesting spots walking. On the other hand, it's very quiet, because the windows are leading to an inner courtyard. The flat is pretty, modern, comfortable and clean and has everything you need. The hosts are very nice and always there if you have questions or doubts. We really enjoyed our stay and are certainly going to come again.
