静岡駅から徒歩何分と、ロケーションがとても良くフロントのスタッフさんもみんな丁寧で親切な対応だった。部屋が凄く綺麗だった！！
壁が少し薄めで物音が響きやすい気がする。テレビや浴室が少し小さめ、狭めだったのが気になった。外観が古めで不安になった（けど、部屋の中はすごい綺麗）
