Tamanho ótimo, perto mercado, muitos utensílios e proprietária super atenciosa.
Faltou varal portátil, e churrasqueira não tem condições de ser utilizada pois volta fumaça e fica insuportável ficar no apto.

Limpeza. Geladeira suja, ventilador sujo e muita poeira.

O apto é muito bem equipado, formado por duas suites mais lavabo, cozinha e lavanderia integrado, perfeito para acomodar uma família.
Em relação a acomodação não teve o que não gostamos. Roupas de banho de melhor qualidade me conquistaria.
