Everything was very clean. Good quality appliances. Spacious enough for 2 people. Enough towels. Friendly staff. Enough secure parking. Convenience store in complex. 2 mini bars in the unit. Good wifi connectivity. Block out blinds. Good quality pillows.
There are no lamps in the unit, so the lighting was a bit overwhelming at times. The duvet was bit thin and we had to add another blanket.

Breakfast was not included
I did not like the area in which the apartment was situated. Very industrial, not a peaceful, pretty environment, but rather quite dirty and industrial looking!
I was told there was a restaurant.....well there wasn't...one had to get into your car and drive to get to one.
There was no coffee, tea, milk, or sugar (normally there are guest sachets of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer)
There was no soap in the bathroom (normally there is some gust soap, shampoo and conditioner
