Location , parking, price and the host was very friendly and accommodating … parking at this place is very tricky! The street are very narrow making it very difficult to navigate at night and when are not familiar with the location…. It definitely a plus having parking.
Cash is required to pay … no credit cards! The amenities are less than basic! The place feels like an Airbnb… no coffee, no sugar, no water…

Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to make or reheat a meal. Cutting tools, boards, even a microwave. The apartment is quite spacious and features a balcony. Excellent location near the centre of town. The price for this apartment was a good deal too.
When booking make sure you select the room you're after and see the relevant pics, the property has a few rooms. Ours was corresponding to the pictures with outmost accuracy.
There is no good way to hang the shower hose, you basically need to hold it while showering. The blinds in the bedroom don't seem to work, and while there are outside blinds also, the apartment gets quite lit in the morning preventing late sleep.
Per usual in Croatia we find the beds usually too soft and pillows too hard, but I guess there is no way pleasing everyone in that matter.

Good location although not in Hvar Town, Jelsa is a cosy town as well, good access to the main road and free parking thanks to the friendly hosting family.
Aircon did not function properly, rooms didn't seem similar to what was advertised and it seemed a bit outdated.
