Rue Bertrand de Got

St Cyprien is a lovely tourist free French town and the location was good, just a short walk into the small centre where there are a few restaurants (not all open every night!). It is a very historic house, very quirky and good views from the top bedroom. Good communication with the host and easy to get inside!

The stairs are a bit tricky and you need to tread carefully but you do get used to them! Unfortunately there was a lot of roadworks/repairs happening in the square right next to the house so we couldn't park down there and it was noisy from before 8am with diggers squeezing past in the narrow road. Would have liked to be forewarned about that. We didn't use the kitchen facilities and they are fairly basic but the local restaurants are a better option! The downstairs loo is a very interesting experience and not too easy if you are quite tall!
