About this villa rental
Mas Melivent is a charming stone house for 10 people, on one level, set among olive and garoub trees.
It consists of:
INSIDE:
- 2 double bedrooms with double bed (135 x 1.90 m.)
- 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m.)
- American kitchen fully equipped and equipped with all the necessary household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove - gas oven, microwave, mixer, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee makers and marble worktop.
- Living room with two sofas (2 and 3 seats) plasma screen TV with satellite, Hi-Fi system with USB port to listen to your own music, VHS player + large video library for children (Disney, in Spanish) and wifi internet.
- 2 bathrooms with shower.
OUTSIDE:
- Private swimming pool not overlooked and fenced to avoid accidents to children (entrance door with small lock), surrounded by terrace with sun loungers, parasols, shower, and night lighting.
- Barbecue area with 2 large stone tables.
- Table football, 8 bikes of various sizes, pétanque ground + iron balls and ping-pong table + rackets and balls.
- Private garden, to enjoy the nap and the calm of nature, as well as equipped corners for relaxing in the sun or meals;
Children also have a large playground right next to the house, equipped with football cages, basketball hoop and badminton / voleibol net. We provide balls for all games !!

The small fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is 7 km away. away from home.
This village is very well placed in the very heart of the Delta de l'Ebre Natural Park, where you can contemplate the most beautiful landscapes: the rice paddies changing according to the seasons, see geese nesting in their natural environment, discover the old buildings typical of the Delta, go hiking… taste the best dishes of the land, such as eel, octopus, rice, so typical in the Delta, or taste the real bluefin tuna of the Mediterranean.
We are in a strategic location: half an hour from Port Aventure World, the theme park with the highest roller coaster in Europe, (76 meters high, with a drop of 78 meters and the fastest, 134 km per hour…. Heart-proof !! ), 10 minutes from the wonderful coves of L'Ametlla de Mar, 20 minutes from the Delta de L'Ebre Natural Park and 1.5 hours from Barcelona (not to be missed .. !!)

Nous avons passé 15 jours au Mas Melivent à 2 couples et 4 enfants, une propriété très agréable. La propriétaire est charmante ainsi que Paco qui s’occupe de l’entretien avec beaucoup de discrétion. Franchement, rien à redire nous recommandons vivement. Un grand merci à vous deux en espérant revenir.

Nous sommes partis 15 jours (dernière semaine de juillet et première d'août 2017) avec 3 grands ados et une petite fille de 9 ans.
Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte.
La maison est très bien équipée , tout fonctionne et c est très propre.
La piscine est entretenue par Paco chaque matin à 7h30 et à 16h de manière rapide et discrète.
Lluisa déborde de gentillesse (capable de vous emmener à 22h chez le médecin !)
A savoir qu il y a une seconde location sur la propriété
Chacun dispose de son intimité mais se doit comme le demande Lluisa de respecter la tranquillité de chacun.
La proximité des commerces est appréciable
Pareil pour les plages elles sont très belles, le coin est sympa, excursions possibles
Pas trop de monde
En résumé, nous recommandons largement cette location !!

Très bon accueil et contact avec la propriétaire. Est très réceptive par rapport aux demandes. Malgré tout, les photos sont assez anciennes car les kickers et tables de tennis de table sont inutilisables car trop vieux. Et les photos montrant la piscine avec de l'eau bleue sont des montages car la piscine a un fond jaune ce qui donne une impression d'eau pas très propre. Mais ce n'est pas le cas. Villa à déconseiller si vous êtes allergique aux piqures de moustiques. Il y en avait énormément. Bref, un bon séjour dans une villa au calme mais qui nécessite quelques améliorations.
