About this apartment rental
Situated in Rome City Centre between Colosseum and Termini Station. Bright and clean apartment to the second floor with elevator, of a beautiful building Umbertino with 3 air-conditioned bedroom 2/6 places bed with covered linen and towels. Living room with TV, DVD, Radio, bookstore with maps and booklets with all the information about Rome Bathroom with wc shower and hair dryer Kitchen equipped with all utensils for to Cook. Car not necessary Metro 30mt, Bus 30mt, tram 50mt Termini Station 400mt, 10 minutes walk there is the Colosseum. Situated in the heart of the eternal city on one of the seven hill next to the Colosseum, Domus Aurea, Foro Traiano, Fori Romani, Basilica S. Maria Maggiore, Basilica S. Giovanni in Laterano, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme (where there is a piece of the Jesus Cross), San Pietro in Vincoli with the Mosè of Michelangelo, Basilica St. Clemente of the IV century.
The tourist tax of € 6 per person per night will be paid in euro cash at check in, children under 10 years old do not pay. At check in we need to take your data passports to send them to the police as required by law.

We had a wonderful stay in the property. Plenty of space for my family of five (3 adult children). Within walking distance of Colosseum, Pantheon, and Termini Station. We even walked back from the Vatican one evening with a dinner stop on the way.
Just a great spot to use as home base to go out and explore Rome. Will be a holiday we always remember. Very nice host as well.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is simply furnished, as shown in the photos, but very clean, secure, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and charming bathroom.
The building has a small but efficient elevator, big enough for two people, or one person with several bags.
The location is fine - very close metro stop (less than a half block away), easy walking distance (or one metro stop) to Termini Station (the central train station), several nice local restaurants very close by, an easy walk to a small food market and a nice department store, maybe a ten or fifteen minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We felt safe every time we went out.
The couple who manage the apartment are very friendly, courteous and helpful. We have no complaints.

Let's start with the landlords:
- super nice and friendly contact in advance,
- have offered assistance with arrival and departure, were also immediately contactable even during the stay,
- super fast answers to all questions,
- flexible when our arrival was delayed
to the apartment itself:
- excellent location, (almost) everything can actually be reached on foot (St. Peter's Cathedral < 1 h )
- Supermarket around the corner, good restaurants in the side streets
- functional furnishings; extensive equipment, especially in the kitchen: we have missed nothing
- big rooms, big kitchen, much space to store our stuff
- clean and probably only recently renovated, it still seemed all new
- The only downside is that it is an old building on a busy street and you hear the traffic.
We felt very comfortable :-)
