house clean.. the host kinda late for replying my text due to check in time stated in booking.com 8am-2pm.. arrive at 1pm and host mentioned usual check in time is 2pm. and explained to me that host didnt have the apps to find out that theres a booking come in to her property. anyway as long as i can stay there and my booking not cancel, i can say i'm good with this stay. just a little miss understand between host and me. u deserve a smile from me dear host. just next time be more alert when there's a call keep coming and text from your customer.other than that, with that fair price, your property will often occupied and good comments will keep coming ;)

no water heater, but no worries melaka 'panas' so normal shower would be preferable. no a/c in room 2-3, astro is there but unable to use, water pressure too slow, i think this is the most that host should be focus at. other than that all good! ;)

Check in process was easy, i just went to the house and the keys was available in the coded locked box on the wall beside the main entrance. Owner will provide code to the keys via whatsapp. The homestay is a intermediate unit of terrace house, parking area able to fit at least 2 cars at one time. The area was far from busy traffic. Amenities provided such as tv (with njoi), furnitures (sofa, dining tables, beds), ceiling fans, aircond (only in master bedroom), toilettries (towels, syampoo, body soap), fridge, washing machine (with detergent), oven, basic kitchen utensils, dustbins, sejadah and kain telekung for prayers. Overall the house is really neat and clean, very comfy to live in.

Only one aircond provided. Maybe in the future owner should probably invest in adding aircond at least in the other bedrooms and if possible in the living room too. I believe this will increase the attraction to this homestay. The kitchen window do not have blind/cover even though the mirror is tinted but at still possible to look through from outside. Advise for a better pest control as we saw a few cockroaches during our one night staying there. The bathroom in master bedroom did not have outside lock on the door. This lock important for safety as small child could easily go into the bathroom if nobody notice them.

Good homestay, comfortable and recommended. Safety is prioritized

- Lack of plug - Lack of toiletries - TV does not functions well

It was clean. They provided water. Food Panda and Grabfood deliver to the location. But if u just need some space for a night this is ur place.

Man was it far from town. No AC except in the master. No water heaters . Also if u know guest are going to check in please leave a light on. I had to use my phone flashlight to open the box and the grill which was quite hard.
