An ideal home for families with children combining calm and activities. Close to the magnificent beaches of Lérat and Piriac sur Mer or La Turballe, this house offers large living areas, facing due south, in a green and peaceful setting.
On the ground floor, this large house (over 180 m2) is made up of 2 separate parts that connect a large living room and allows you to fully enjoy its terraces, the swimming pool and its garden.

This accommodation is the result of the merger of two buildings. In fact, it offers the particularity of being one while giving the possibility of two parallel lives. Ideal for one (or more) family (ies) with children (large or small).
- The "children" section is made up of 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed), a bathroom, a WC, a kitchen and a living room (with table football! And double sofa bed) with mezzanine (a double bed under the slope) and fireplace.
- The "parents" part is composed of a large living room (TV, desk, high ceilings), a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room.

If the house is a holiday home, it has all the comforts with dryer, washing machine, washing machine, coffee machine, sparkling water, ... and even a chocolate maker for the cooler spring evenings.

The garden faces south. It is made up of three terrace areas (one in exotic wood (which frames the swimming pool), the other two in paving stones, one of which is an outdoor dining area).
An outdoor shower welcomes you on your return from the beach or for the pool.

The house is located in San Sebastian, ideally positioned between Piriac sur Mer, La Turballe and the small port of Lérat and its magnificent beaches. It is surrounded by private houses in a very calm and family environment. An 18th century mill is located in front of the house. You will walk to the beach along a small pond in a few minutes. Around the house, you will find a horse riding club, the Pays Blanc aquatic center, the tree climbing center or the Lérat tennis courts.

Here there is no parking meter or traffic jam! And if you feel like it, you will be only a stone's throw from the salt marshes of Guérande and its medieval quarter or the Pen Bron peninsula. The rocky coast of Piriac which surrounds its white sandy beaches will also allow you to take the customs path and enjoy a sensational view.

If you arrive by car, don't forget that cycling is the most pleasant way to enjoy the surroundings. A walk to Pen Bron, a trip to the Piriac market or a descent to the wonderful Lérat beach will always be more pleasant on the cycle path which passes a few meters from the house.
