First line beach, free WIFI, air conditioning and garage #

The apartment is wonderful. We have already lived there three times, we feel like home, everything you need, the location is good, the biggest advantage is the garage, when you don't have to think about a parking space or scratching the car. Getting out of the garage is a bit more complicated, but as I'm used to it, it works great. The only downside is the noisy Plaza Roja. Every night, night owls gather here and shout until 3 am, so you have to sleep with all the windows and doors closed, which is why there is a lack of fresh air. Next time we will look for another place, because the price is also increasing too much every year. Thank you Marija and Alberto for the opportunity to have a great time in our beloved town.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Tenerife, you have found it. I literally cannot express with words how absolutely wonderful it was to stay here. I will do my best though. Clean, spacious, full equipped with everything you would ever need, washing machine, oven, stove, appliances like a kettle and toaster, huge fridge and freezer, salt and pepper etc, comfortable lighting, an incredibly comfortable sofa, AMAZING air conditioning in the bedroom with a huge ceiling fan in the sitting room, a brand new huge TV with Netflix and Disney (so so nice and comfortable), a beautiful balcony out of the direct sunlight but with gorgeous veiws of the sea and a little town square, insanely comfortable bed with an extra fan, hairdryer, loada of towels and sheets, a little tote bag for extra beach stuff and a fully equipped bathroom with perfectly hot water and a beautiful shower, not to mention the lightning fast wifi! The biggest benefits of this place over anywhere else is the fully functioning A/C and the garage! Parking in Tenerife was a nightmare, and I had absolultely no idea it would be so difficult, so having this garage space right in the apartment building with a lift connected to it was an absolute godsend. Alberto and Maria were so incredibly helpful with every little question I had, no matter how silly it may have sounded, and the process to get in and out of the apartment was a breeze. 11/10. I cannot wait to come back!!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Plaza Roja mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und auf die Montana Roja, sowohl vom Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Morgen frühstückten, als auch durch die große Schiebetür vom Sofa. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch perfekt, bis hin zum Sonnenschirm und zum Strandspielzeug ist alles vorhanden. Es gab nichts, was uns gefehlt hat, sogar das Internet war schneller als zu Hause. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr nützlich, auch wenn das Herein- und Herausfahren etwas Übung erfordert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles verlief problemlos, obwohl wir sturmbedingt 7 Stunden später ankamen als geplant. Insgesamt war dies eine unserer besten Ferienwohnungen in El Médano.
