This village house (gite de France) of 75m ² welcomes you for a relaxing or professional stay near Toulouse and Ariège. Small private garden on the other side of the street (garden furniture and barbecue) .For ease of parking your car in front of the cottage village .Proche brands in Nailloux and quick access to the motorway (9km).
Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with lounge area with TV and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and WC
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (16.5 and 18m²) with interconnecting storage. Office electric heating. Baby equipment (cot, high chair ...)
Pets allowed.
In the countryside in a quiet village (town NAILLOUX) Terraced house.
Close to many activities: swimming, tennis, horseback riding, lake, hiking ... and bordering the Ariege and the Aude: the heart of Lauragais.
Possibility to rent: week, WE 2 nights, stay 3 nights midweek (4 nights). Ask price (05 61 08 42 95 OR 06 68 88 68 75)

Le gîte est très bien équipé et l'accueil très sympathique.
Les deux chambres sont attenantes, c'est le seul inconvénient pour peut-être certains, nous, ce n'en fut pas un. Donc nous y retournerons.

Nous avons passé un agréable petit séjour (trop court car nous faisions juste une étape).
La campagne est belle, le gîte est très propre , bien équipé , bon accueil et disponibilité. Rapport qualité/prix très bon. Rien à redire, nous conseillons vivement.
