About this apartment rental
The apartment is in a quiet area next too the area declared World Heritage by Unesco.
It has three bedrooms, one with double bed, the orange bedroom has a single bed that converts to twin (two single beds pushed together) and turquoise bedroom has two single beds stacked.
The equipment is designed to accommodate 4 (2 in master bedroom and 2 bedrooms with single beds) to 6 people (2 people in master bedroom, 2 bedroom and 2 orange turquoise bedroom). Also occasionally you can use the sofa as a bed or we can provide a cot for babies. In the apartment there is a bathroom with a bath and a shower room.
The owner provides bed linen and towels.
In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and kitchenware.
The house has a garage in the same building with lift access.

The apartment was a short walk (17 minutes) to most of the sights in Salamanca. If you have any mobility issues, note that you’ll be walking up and down the hill. The apartment had everything we needed. There are two bathrooms and you can separate the bedrooms from the living space with a door which would be good for families with young kids.The apartment is close to street level but very quiet when we were there. The only thing we weren’t used to were open windows with no screens (which surprisingly wasn’t an issue for bugs etc.). There are metal blinds in all the windows to block out the light. We were there during a heat wave and the temperature inside the apartment was still good for sleeping even without air conditioning. The only issue we had was with the keys to the property. They are tricky to use and you have to wiggle them around to get the locks to open. We managed to figure out the trick to them after a few days.Rosa was really nice and provided us with lots of information about the sights to see in Salamanca. She was very easy to reach any time we had a question.

Bem localizado, bonito e limpo, o apartamento cumpriu perfeitamente o que pretendíamos. Boa comunicação e simpatia por parte da proprietária e da sua irmã. Recomendo.

El apartamento está muy bien. Aunque se encuentra ubicado al final de la zona urbana, en realidad está a 15 minutos de la zona patrimonial de Salamanca.
La anfitriona excelente.
