Homestay Nam Dong

The host is absolutely amazing — incredibly kind, warm, and completely hassle-free. I spent only two days in Vietnam, but it turned out to be one of the best trips of my life, and this homestay played a huge role in that. It truly made me fall in love with Vietnamese culture. On my last day, the owner even prepared a farewell dinner for me, which was such a beautiful and unforgettable gesture. I will remember this stay for a very long time. I highly, highly recommend this place to everyone. You won’t regret it.

Hard to find in a Hanoi maze.

Although the place isn't that close to the city proper, it's such a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in. It was peaceful over there, far from the noise of the town. The owner is very kind, friendly, and respectful. It's easy to communicate with him because he speaks and understands English. He has a very warm personality. He makes sure we have a comfortable stay. The room is good, and the bed is also spacious enough for two people. The place is also close to food places that offer authentic Vietnamese food at a much lower price.

The location isn't close to the city proper. But you can always rent a motorbike. The towels provided are too small, but for me, it's the value for the money you're paying. At least they have provided smaller towels.
