For a more rural area, which I hold in mind writing the review, this stay is very decent. I do highly recommend coming by car. The building looks very charming and there's enough parking space. The host is very helpful, when you arrive there's a small bell near the information booth you can press if it's unattended.
There is a single shared bathing area (with privacy), just hold that in mind. The beds weren't as comfortable (low pillow) in combination with thin walls made sleeping harder for me personally so it might be worth bringing sleeping plugs and mask.

Good, quiet location on outskirts of Aso City. Convenient for visiting Mount Aso. Guests were able to help themselves to free hot drinks. Very close to a nice bakery! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very reasonably priced.
