Road that is on, not finished lots of big bumps. I don’t blame the hotel as much as the city/county

I stayed here with a friend and we’re grateful to Isabel and Omar for doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, and the staff was always helpful with suggestions. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as it only included bread, butter, and jam. However, after kindly asking for eggs and papaya, Isabel went out of her way to accommodate our request. She was incredibly kind and attentive.

I would suggest to review the breakfast options.

Room was fairly small. Breakfast was a la carte. The selection was good but the portions were small. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The staff spoke English.

The road to the hotel is in dire need of repair.

The beds were comfortable and the pool area looked nice though I did not get a chance to use it. Quiet location.

The road leading to the property is a mess: full of huge potholes filled with water. My room did not have a view (other than a wall) and was very loud due to noise from the hallway. There was no hot water in the shower on either day (one day it was cold, the other day it was lukewarm). There was water spraying everywhere from the broken shower head. My room was not cleaned while I was there.
