This cosy apartment lies in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes by foot from old town Karlovac. The small street next to the building offers free public parking spots (first come first served). The hosts are fluent in English and communication went smoothly, including the instructions for self-check-in. Even though the apartment's furniture and utilities are somewhat dated, everything is well-maintained and fully functional. The bed was comfy, even if somewhat squeaky, and blinds help keep the sunlight out of the bedroom. The entire apartment was very clean. I recommend this apartment 100% for a couples' stopover if traveling through the area, even if the old city of Karlovac was somewhat disappointing (see below).

Has nothing to do with the apartment, but just be aware that the old town of Karlovac has a lot of repair work going on and is not as 'pretty' as you might think. So it's a bit of walk for not much to see at the moment. Wasn't an issue for us as it was just a stopover stay.

Це була транзитна зупинка на одну ніч. -чисто в квартирі(ходили босоніж) -зручні матраси і подушки -в холодильнику був лід, в літку це супер -кава, чай, сахар, сіль, мило все є. -парковка біля дому, місце було. Хочу зазначити, що це багатоквартирний будинок, тому в під'їзді є сторонній запах, но шуму від сусідів не було. Є тераса для курців. На мой погляд варто розглядати як транзитну зупинку.

Всё було добре! Вибагливим гостям може не сподобатися, но за цю ціну все супер.

Słoneczne mieszkanie, duże łóżko, przytulność, czuliśmy się jak w odwiedzinach u rodziny. Było wszystko, co potrzeba i tak przyjemnie ciepło (poza sezonem).
