The pool and all the outside areas and the bedrooms, kitchen and inside lounge and dining areas are all spacious and luxurious . The actual beds are very comfortable and every room has a ensuite bathroom. Everything is very clean and all the pool area is swept and cleaned every morning. There’s an outside barbecue which we enjoyed and a pizza oven which you can use if you buy wood. The host Konstantinos was very kind and sweet and helpful. The little town of Panormos is just a few miles away is exquisite with some nice beaches and fabulous tavernas. All the people I met were kind and warm hearted. I’m very impressed with Crete and the people of Crete.

The beds are very good with lovely thick mattresses but the pullout beds are not so good… most have deep ridges half way down and we were not able to use them. We ended out making beds on the floor for the children in our family. Also we are a family of people who love to cook and we found that there was a shortage of small to medium sized pans, and the frying pans were rather scratched old cheap Teflon pans not at all impressed with that! The cooker is a simple four ring electric cooker , very basic , not suitable for trying to cook for 25 people as we were every day. I think the house is designed for people who want to get their food ordered in and in that case it would work excellently. Apart from that the villa is excellent in every way.
