A beautiful and safe villa that feels like home

A fantastic little escape villa away from the city hassle but still close enough to reach everything on foot. The room is super clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. I felt safe and like home. The huge bougainvillea tree in front of my balcony brightened up my mornings.

I was there at wintertime so the lack of proper hot water in the shower was an issue. It was lukewarm and there was not enough pressure. I could’ve used a wardrobe or cabinet in room, there was no place to pack clothes. There is no safety box in the room.

Beautiful and affordable hotel at a great location.

The location is great! Very close to the main attractions of the historic city center. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful.

The bedding and sheets had stain marks. They were clean, but stained. Also the towels are very old and not soft anymore. To be clear, the rooms and hotel are beautiful and clean, but they need to pay attention to those details and replace the bedding, sheets, and towels more frequently. Also, there’s no restaurant at the property, not even coffee and fruit for breakfast and that’s a must.

A good stay in a lovely place

The room and the bathroom are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not very far from the real center. There are some convenient stores close by. The parking is near to the hotel and is free.

I regretted that there was no hot water in the bathroom (it was rather tepid or even cold).

Great value and location

The room was fabulous. So clean and so simple and very big for the price. The bed for the two of us was comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower. The room was so quiet at night with no street noise and the receptionists were so helpful.

We usually sleep in until 10 or so but one morning the cleaning staff was moving the furniture below us very early and was pretty loud because the floors are concrete. I recommend that they put furniture pads or pieces of carpet underneath the bed legs. It could also make moving the furniture easier...

Great value and great location.

The location was excellent! We loved being able to walk through the center of town and try restaurants and hear live music. All in all it felt like a good secret to keep for family and friends.

The narrow street made it hard for car services to find us and wait for us in a timely fashion. The center of town is full with one way streets so once a car passes it has to go around many blocks to come back around.

Beautiful boutique hotel in lovely city

Location is perfect, very close to the city center in a quiet street. It is a small sized boutique hotel with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and a smart TV. Querétaro is a lovely city and we got some good food recommendations from the staff (Tacos El Feo).

The hotel is relatively quiet and is relatively well noise isolated but the hotel staff and other guests can be noisy at night.

Well designed for comfort

Rooms were well thought out without being extravagant. The rooms were decorated with genuine artisanias instead of generic hotel art. The only way into the hotel was through the 24-hour desk which made me feel safer. Great location. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Two layers of curtains on the two balcony sliders allowed me to control the light and the breeze.

My ceiling fan was missing a knob which was difficult for my arthritic hands to turn. Would like someplace nearby to get coffee that I could enjoy on the balcony.

Everything was well thought out for comfort without unnecessary extravagances. Two layers of curtains. Environmentally friendly. Great breeze from 2 balcony sliders. Beds crisply made every day. Fine Stay in Queretero

- Nice location within walking distance of everything you want to see in Queretero, but not in the heart of everything. - Rooms look out on a small inner courtyard, so property is quiet. - Large rooms simply decorated.

- Cafe at hotel has closed. - Rooms seem to vary. We had a king room without any large openable windows while other rooms had small balconies with sliding glass doors. More openable windows would have been nice.

Quiet and charming.

We liked this little quaint hotel. Bed is comfortable. The little terrace is nice, over looking the courtyard.

Finding the parking lot was an issue as we did not realize there were so many one way streets and had to keep driving around to find it. Then dragging our luggage on cobblestones to find the hote afew blocks away was frustrating. Especially when it's getting dark.

Parking nightmare

Location.

Basic room with concrete floors. Parking nightmare- 9 mins drive and 5 mins walk with luggage. Hotel on a small one way street with no signage on road. Need to ring bell for staff to open gate to hotel at all times
