Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of a boat slip with electricity and concrete boat launch. The home is a manufactured house that is situated on the property behind the main house with partial lake views from the screened porch. Located 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park which has a large public swim area/beach, picnic areas and more. 10 minutes by water from Hooks Marina and Caney landing store/restaurant. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports and great fishing while relaxing at this cozy country getaway.

The property was beautiful and the boat are really nice. They give you space, but right by you if you need anything. It was raining a good bit, but it didn’t stop us from having fun! My biggest tip for fishing at the dock is to fish right by or under the dock. We caught the most fish that way. My family loved sitting on the screened in back porch and my son who’s 5 loved seeing all the bunnies that just hopped around freely. Definitely a place I’d love to come back again too!

Recently spent 28 days at the place for a bass fishing adventure & it couldn't have gone any better. Gail & Robby were terrific host anything needed was taken care of at a moment's notice.

Host very professional and accommodating. However, if you are looking for a private weekend rental, this property is not for you! The 10:00 curfew was odd.
