Between Nîmes, Provence, and the sea! A beautiful family home of over 170 m², traditional, authentic, welcoming, and comfortable, located in the pretty Provençal village of Milhaud.
Please note: the house is only available weekly and events are not permitted.
The villa has been completely renovated with contemporary decor, modern amenities, and a very large living area (living room, dining room, and kitchen) of over 70 m² with a view of the church.
The house is located on a 600 m² plot with a lovely garden planted with an olive tree, a magnificent 20-meter-tall pine tree, and four separate, furnished terraces.
The main terrace in front of the house is covered and features a table for outdoor dining.
The second enclosed terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with an inflatable jacuzzi.
The third terrace, next to the living room table, is ideal for breakfast.
The last terrace, with its jasmine-lined pergola, is the perfect spot for enjoying an aperitif by the private, secure pool.
The villa has the following technical amenities: internet, Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen satellite TV (over 200 channels), a water softener, and more.
All the amenities are at your disposal for a wonderful time: a large fireplace, barbecue, pizza oven, gym, ping-pong table, punching bag, balls, rackets, and a guitar for musicians.
