We are proud to announce the Résidences Boutique family acquired a new member designed by Pierre Bourdages Architecte!
«Le St-Laurent», by Résidences Boutique, is a newly built and contemporary cottage in the beautiful Charlevoix region. Located 15 minutes away from Le Massif, our new house offers a magnificent view of the St Lawrence river. The main living area has been designed to enjoy it fully.
The house can welcome up to 16 people with 4 nicely furnished bedrooms plus one dormitory. The dormitory can sleep 8 (4 double beds), and there are 4 bathrooms for the party to share.
On the main floor, the group can enjoy a roomy environment, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wood fireplace in the living room. On the lower floor, each can escape to a favorite activity such as watching movie on a large screen (and sound system), playing pool as well as reading in a cozy area.
The outside has also been created for your maximal enjoyment. The view on the River is just as spectacular as you sit in the outdoor kitchen with the BBQ, near the jacuzzi and a fireplace. Those are available year round.
Résidences Boutique promises you a fabulous getaway, wether it is with friends or family. «Le St-Laurent» is also a very good venue for corporate meetings or activities.
Charlevoix is well known by outdoor lovers, be it for fishing, skiing, hiking, golfing, kayaking, and much more.
