Beautiful colonial apartment, in the center of Porto Seguro, cozy, comfortable, safe, with sea view and sunrise and moon view.
Among the many facilities, the apartment is very spacious with about 70m², bedroom / living room with sea view, dining room / kitchen, bathroom, small laundry area, sea view balcony for your meals; It is centrally located for being all very close: 2 minutes from the colorful Discovery Walkway in historic area and full of beautiful and colorful restaurants, bakery, ice cream shops and shops for your late afternoon and evening, 2 minutes from the departure point from the ferries that will take you to enjoy Arraial d'Ajuda with its best beaches and water park (with sales office in front of the apartment) or Trancoso, is next to the best local self-service restaurant (Restaurante Rabanete, former Portinha) , 3 minutes from the local shopping center on Avenida Getúlio Vargas, 1 minute from the bus stop to the waterfront, taxis or motorcycle taxis ..., finally everything is very close!
In addition to quality, we seek special care by offering you TV Claro HDTV with multi-channels, powerful wifi internet, unlimited mineral water, gas, electricity, water and mountable barbecue.
Our apartment is for up to 5 people.

To facilitate your participation in the local parties with special shows during New Year's Eve and Carnival, promoted by the local City Hall, in 2 to 3 minutes of beautiful and safe walk through the Discovery Walkway and you will already be in front of the stage where they are held.
In high season check out times are at 10am and check in from 14hs. There is also an option of reserving the taxi driver who will take care of our customers to wait for you at the airport and / or some tour.

Imóvel muito limpo, organizado e bem localizado. Únicos pontos ruins foram ausência de ar condicionado e o local do chuveiro ser muito apertado, mas compensou pela localização e por Noemi ser muito receptiva, atenciosa e prestativa, cuidando com carinho de todos os detalhes. Positiv zu erwähnen ist vor allem die echte Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft Neomis, die zentrale Lage und die kurzen Wege zu allem Notwendigen.
Für längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert und man muss schon auch bei etwas lauterer Umgebung schlafen können.
Aber dies wird durch den wirklich günstigen Preis ausreichend kompensiert.
