This 4 bedroom 3 bath nestled in the woods on the Pere Marquette river will give you the rest and privacy you seek to maximize your vacation. Minutes from trail heads, stores, restaurants and hiking trails, this is going to be a relaxing place at the top of your list. The 4 Bedrooms are freshly remodeled along with 2 of the 3 bathrooms.
New central air/furnace newly updated dining area dining area that really compliments a well stocked kitchen with new pots, pans , bowls and pretty much anything you might need if you like to cook !? Beautiful wrap around deck with outdoor patio furniture, that overlooks the fire pit and river. Start your day on the dock with a hot coffee while listening to sounds of the river and a wide variety of birds and owls, while taking in the fresh air of the forest.
This house has 3 couches, a beautiful oak table with additional seating at the high top. Big screen TV in the dining area , master bedroom, and in the living room ! Watch your sports while in the heart of nature. Fish the river for Brown trout from two docks which are part of 300' of frontage on the PM. Hike the scenic trails of North Country Trail just minutes away. You won't want to leave this little piece of tranquility on the river! The loaction is at the end of a private drive. The house is close to the river where there is a dock. The home was perfect for our purpose. It had a firepit near the river with plenty of wood.

Cabin/house on the upper Pere Marquette River is heaven on earth!!! Wildlife…wind in the trees…water rippling by…peaceful and relaxing. Huge fire pit with tables and chairs and a friendly chipmunk living in the wood pile who liked to visit while we were there. Paul is a great host. Anything we needed was taken care of asap. Very accommodating…our travel plans were interrupted on both ends and we were able to check in early and check out late. He’s literally minutes away. Stayed several places in Michigan over the years and this is our favorite. Thanks for another great trip!!!

Paul provides great service, communicating in advance everything you need to know. The cabin is well stocked, extremely comfortable, and very roomy! The docks provide a beautiful view of the river, the bonfire put provides a great place to tell stories, and the beds are super comfy. This was our second stay at Paul's cabin and we're already checking calendars for when we can make our next trip.
