This was the PERFECT place to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday weekend! We enjoyed a few days together, as well as had his daughter/her spouse spend a few days with us as well. The property is stunning and the views are priceless!Communication to and from the property owner were so appreciated. Any questions we had were addressed immediately - even when we wanted to extend our trip for one more day before we arrived - the reservation was immediately changed for us. Communication from the owner was excellent!This is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy all that Marble has to offer! It is just a few minutes from town, so if you are in the mood for great-tasting BBQ, stop by Slow Groovin BBQ right in town! We also enjoyed a morning coffee and pastry from Raspberry Ridge Cafe, a new Cafe/Inn in Marble! We mostly enjoyed our side-by-side on the trails close to the house - the Lead King Loop and we enjoyed seeing the Crystal Mill! (If you are planning to trailer an ATV, be sure to talk to the property owner first about parking options.)We took a day trip to Paonia, Basalt, Ruedi Reservoir, Crawford, and the North Rim of the Black Canyon - highly recommended!The property was PERFECT for two couples. There is a bedroom with full bath upstairs, with the living room and kitchen and full back deck. There is another full bath downstairs with two more bedrooms. There is another living room with tv and a deck downstairs.Highly recommended Marble property!

We needed a quiet place to recharge and definitely got what we came for. What a gorgeous setting! We stood out on the deck a couple of nights for stargazing with no light pollution to dilute their twinkling. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home. We hope to come back next Spring.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The property is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. It is well stocked with all the essentials - we didn't want for a thing. But the real winner is the stunning view! The internet is on the slow side (plenty fast to check/send emails), and there isn't cell service (land lines are available in the house) but we went in expecting that and we really enjoyed the break from it.
