Perfect location near beaches, restaurants, and the rest of Bonita Springs. Nicely decorated and fully equipped. Gas grill and patio lanai with high top table was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood, garage, and fenced in private back yard.

Why we like this place:
1. It’s near restaurants and things we wanted to do but is in a very quiet neighborhood. We had no desire to be in the middle of the beach strip action.
2. Friendly to well-behaved dogs.
3. Fenced in back yard.
4. Screened in back patio.
5. House was clean.
6. Garage (attached) has a washer and a dryer and is a great place to store your bicycles or whatever you have with you.
7. The owner was proactive in communicating what we needed to know to gain access to the home and also provided great restaurant recommendations.
