This glorious semi-detached cottage is in the village of Broughton-in-Furness in Cumbria and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Duddon Cottage is a glorious semi-detached cottage in the village of Broughton-in-Furness in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep six people in three king-size double bedrooms, (one with en-suite facilities) as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen and utility as well as a dining room and sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside of the property is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue.Located in stunning countryside, Duddon Cottage is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Secure bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: One step from kitchen to hall. Note: Doorways are low due to historic age of cottage and there are four steep steps with lower ceiling to the en-suite bathroom. Note: Some road noise may be heard outside the front of property. Note: There is a fenced off shallow brook at the bottom of the garden, children should be supervised. Note: This property has a 4pm check in
