About this house rental
The house combines modern comforts, wifi, heating in all rooms, air conditioning, kitchen with electric oven, the ancient beauty of a fireplace, a fracassè, furnishings of the early '900 and a beautiful garden and pleasantly livable , with a comfortable barbecue available for guests.
The house has belonged to my family for generations and, in restructuring it, I have kept as much as possible to the original structure. The back wall of the bedroom has been restored to its original appearance, almost by drywall and in the kitchen the oven, the only survivor of the economic kitchen, has been restored and works perfectly. The furniture is almost all of the early 1900s, restored and updated. The modern fireplace is built with the cheses in Lecce stone recovered during the restoration. Even the area adjacent to the barbecue in the garden (available to guests) was bricked with Lecce stone to connect to the adjacent seventeenth-century church of the Madonna dell'Annunziata.
