Margarita Villa has three en-suite double bedrooms with A/C and a pool house bathroom.
Perched in the peaceful hilltop village of Pissouri, Margarita Villa offers the ultimate blend of luxury, privacy, and flexible living. Just a five-minute stroll from the vibrant Village Square, this villa features three en-suite double bedrooms, multiple
living spaces, and a private heated pool.
The villa's unique dual-level layout is perfect for multigenerational families or groups of friends wanting to holiday together while enjoying their own space.
🏡 How the Villa Works (The Layout)
• The Main House (Ground Floor): You enter into a beautiful, marble-floored hallway that opens to a bright, welcoming space, with a raised air-conditioned sitting room, TV and dining room area. From the sitting room, sliding glass doors lead on to a south-facing balcony that runs the full width of the property, boasting magnificent,
unobstructed views across Pissouri Bay and the Akrotiri Peninsula. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two air-conditioned, bedrooms (one King, one Queen Master with its own private flower-filled terrace) both with modern en-suite shower rooms.
• The Self-Contained Garden Flat (Lower Ground Floor of the main house) is accessed via external steps, this private retreat features a third air-conditioned King-size bedroom with en-suite (bath and separate shower). It has its own air-conditioned sitting room (which can accommodate an extra guest) and small galley kitchen. The south-facing flat opens directly onto its own private scented garden
patio with sweeping sea views.

• The Heated Pool & Pool House: Fully gated for peace of mind, the heated pool (on a raised level at the rear of the property) commands the same south-facing, far-reaching views whilst featuring elegant Roman steps. The private sun terrace by the pool has wooden cushioned loungers and has its own pool house kitchen and shower room - so no need to run back to the main house for cold drinks or the loo!
• The Bougainvillea Courtyard: Surrounded by vibrant crimson bougainvillea the walled, gated courtyard is a great space to park and play. Dine alfresco under a romantic canopy of grapevines, pick fresh giant lemons from the old lemon tree, complete with a beautiful rattan dining set, a built-in charcoal BBQ, ambient evening lighting, and an enclosed area for children to play.
• The Scented Gardens: The private grounds are filled with the sweet aromas of lavender, rosemary, ripe lemons, and orange trees. The land in front of the property also belongs to the family, planted with olive trees to ensure as little disturbance as possible.

Lovely traditional villa set in a peaceful location yet only 5 mins walk into the village centre. Quirky layout which only adds to its charm, with one bedroom set up as a standalone apartment below the main villa and the pool situated on a raised level away from the main villa (across the private courtyard) with a separate pool house containing its own shower and kitchen. Found this particularly useful as was able to keep the barcadi close by when relaxing in the sun Stunning views from the lounge balcony. Very enjoyable stay and would absolutely return

We cannot find fault with Margarita Villa. It is perfect! This was our second stay and we have booked again for next year. The villa is beautiful, spacious and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and there is a small kitchen at the pool as well.We didn't use the lounge/dining room but the lounge terrace is lovely in the evenings with a view of the sea and hills.The bedrooms are very comfortable - I think the most comfortable bed away from home I have ever slept in! All of the en-suite shower rooms have been refitted and are very clean and modern.The pool area is lovely, private and not overlooked. We had one issue on our first night when the power went off and we couldn't get it back on. I called Philip and he was very helpful and said he would contact the handyman first thing in the morning. Dinos arrived early and fixed the problem.

Roomy house, with an interesting layout. All the important things, like sitting areas, pool and surround, barbecue area, comfortable beds, good bathrooms with plenty of hot water, and well equipped kitchen are well provided. Spotlessly clean and tidy. We met the friendly caretakers who do a good job. We have no significant complaints, but we have four minor comments:1. We did not go to Cyprus to watch TV, but wanted to catch up on the news occasionally. The instructions were incorrect, and when we finally got a signal after fiddling about, it kept cutting out after 10-15 minutes and we had to start all over again.2. The lighting could be improved. It was difficult to read in the sitting room in the evening, as the lights were rather dim. The harsh fluorescent light in the kitchen is reminiscent of a 1940's prefab.3. Like another reviewer, we would have liked to see a visitors' book. in which people could put tips on restaurants, beaches sights and shopping.4. The 5 minutes to -the village centre is for fit 25 year olds. We are in our late seventies, and it took about 12 minutes to the Bunch of Grapes.We will not be put off by these points when making a future visit. This is probably the best value villa/flat we have stayed in in Cyprus.
