Delightful apartment 200 meters from Porta Romana that can accommodate up to 4 people, consisting of 3 rooms: double bedroom with King size bed, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, large bathroom, laundry area, as well as a small terrace and private parking space on the covered and free. Easily accessible from the station by bus (14 minutes) and from the nearby highway. Located near an entrance to the Boboli garden, a few minutes' walk from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is located in a luxuriously renovated building, equipped with all comforts (lift, satellite TV, air conditioning, WIFI) and a large private and free covered parking space. Guests can use the entire apartment including the garage in case they need it. Located in a quiet and elegant residential neighborhood just outside the walls of the historic center of Florence, next to an entrance to the famous Boboli garden. Perfect and strategic position for people who want to spend a pleasant holiday in Florence and visit all the wonders of the city. Porta Romana, the oldest and most impressive gate in Florence, is the entrance to the Florentine Oltrarno district. A short walk along the streets of the artisan shops of Florence will bring you, in order, to the Museum of the Specola, Piazza S. Spirito, at Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Furthermore, Via Senese runs alongside Poggio Imperiale, where you can jog up to Piazzale Michelangelo between the greenery and the most beautiful historic villas of Imperial Florence. The apartment is easily reachable both by car from the nearby Firenze Impruneta exit (10 minutes) and by buses 36 and 37 (14 minutes) which will leave you right in front of the house. Firenze Impruneta is the tollbooth of Florence from where the super road to Siena starts. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of the private covered parking space. The apartment is located 200 meters outside the ZTL (limited traffic area) so you will not have problems reaching it by car, but being close to the city center, not even to walk around Florence on foot, leaving the car safe in the garage. In front of the house entrance, the bus stop for Santa Maria Novella station, 200 meters for the taxi rank, public buses for the Chianti Fiorentino and Senese hills, the bus for Piazzale Michelangelo (best view of the city ) and the City Sightseeing Panoramic Bus.
