About this house rental
Villa Rosa has on the ground floor a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and sauna.
On the first floor there is a very big living room, a fully equipped country kitchen with a dishwasher and a W.C. On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds.
The villa is decorated with traditional furniture, all rooms are air conditioned and there is plasma TV, CD, DVD, WiFi internet, safe box, hairdryer, iron, board games, pool towels, barbeque, washing machine and an alarm system.
A special highlight is the large veranda as well as the spacious balconies that offer a magnificent view of the beautiful surrounding Zakynthian countryside and the crystal clear water of the private swimming pool. The private swimming pool area features sunbeds, an umbrella and a kiosk with a big garden table, surrounded by many flowers.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, as two extra people can sleep in the ground floor living room where there is a couch that converts to a bed.
Near the complex there are is a traditional tavern with home-made food and local wine.
Zante town and port distance is about 6 km away, the airport 5 km away, in 1 km you can find the well known monastery of Panagia Eleftherotria and the beautiful Enetic style church of Agia Mavra with its bell tower. In a distance of 5-9 km are the most beautiful beaches of the island Keri, Marathia, Laganas, Limnionas, Porto Roxa etc. , while the famous beach of the island called “Navagio” is just 30 minutes away by car.

We had 2 families at the villa (4 adults, 4 kids) there was more than enough space, each family had their own floor. The house was very clean, large living space on main floor, and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space with the pool and lounge chairs was perfect for the kids to night swim while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view of the city lights below. The owner is extremely kind and easy to work with, very quick to reply back when we reached out. We would rent this villa again and would recommend it to anyone wanting an authentic experience on Zakynthos due to the property location.

We had a super stay in this villa. It is tucked away on a hill and you need a car but the views and setting is truly lovely. The owners were there to greet us and with a friendly cleaning lady in every day and clean bedding, bath and pool towels every few days we were well looked after. They were keen to ensure everything was ok for us and apart from a few cloudy days which we would rather not have had, we had a perfect holiday! The pool is shared with an adjacent villa (owned by the same people) though luckily for us we seemed to have exclusive use of it!
