The common and personal kitchens were very well equipped and had refreshments.

Numa are great overall, from checking in. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, everything is clean and in pretty good condition. And all the rooms come with a coffee maker and kettle, which is highly appreciated. Location for this one is also pretty good, close to bus and metro station. There’s also a coworking space which was nice

The hotel is nice, and the room was clean and well prepared. The app used to access the building and the room was intuitive and easy to use, which made the check-in process very convenient.

One morning, two maintenance workers unexpectedly came to my room, knocked on the door, and told me they needed to conduct a tap water test. I had not received any prior notice, and it took some time to reach the hotel staff for clarification. Eventually, they confirmed that the visit was legitimate and apologized for not informing me in advance. However, as I was staying alone, the situation was quite stressful. I would have expected either prior notification or for this type of maintenance to be scheduled when the room was unoccupied. The maintenance workers also seemed frustrated that I was hesitant to let them in, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very strange situation.
