Cozy house located just 1 minute from Riells beach.
With all the services around so you can walk to all places such as the beach, restaurants, shops, town center... You don't have to travel at all and thus forget
of the car on your vacation!!!
With a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy, along with the barbecue, long summer days and good weather.
Very bright house with a room on the ground floor, for the comfort of our elderly.
And also parking inside the property for a standard car.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or of special interest for scuba diving; Not to mention the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.

Maison très bien située
Idéale pour une famille
À 2 pas de la plage et des commerces
Elle mérite toutefois d'un petit rafraîchissement et d'un peu plus de matériel ( cuisine et entretien)
Quant au bruit nous n'avons pas pu évaluer car en pleine crise sanitaire covid 19 donc les touristes ne sont pas au rendez-vous mais pour nous ce fût un plus.

Maison sympathique, a 1mn a pied de la mer et idealement situé proche des commerces ! Ensemble plutot positif ! barbecue en dur , avec une excellente boucherie en face rien de mieux ! Seul point négatif de cette maison , c'est la rue qui peux s’avérer un peu bruyante !

Location très bien située dans une ville très agreable. Propreté moyenne et matelas des lits simples à revoir. Pour le reste rien a redire. Très bon accueil de la part de l'agence de location.

manque de lampe chevet, pendule sans pile, vaisselle pas au top, cafetière non utilisable trop sale, propreté très médiocre, télé fonctionne sur deux chaines françaises, dommage car c'est une jolie villa mais à reluqué
