The gum tree in the back and abundant bird life. Really functional spaces with amenities but the Tavern up the road does great meals too! Can park several cars on the property, everything is walking distance! You hear the ocean the whole time.
Could do with a few plastic containers for food storage. I slept in the bunk bed and the bottom mattress was sinking, I could see the slats of the top bunk need realigning. The shower gets slippy, it could benefit with a hand rail.

Lovely small property, quiet area and close to the beach. Lovely for a weekend stay with the family and our dog loved the garden.

I liked the pet friendliness and the overall size of the property
The BBQ was a fire hazard and it needed to be replaced. The overall cleaniness could be improved. The shrubs at the front of the property were so overgrown we were unable to utilise the double carport.
