- The Housing -
Rent holiday home located a short distance from the sea (Porto Pino 1.5 Km.) The apartment, recently built, is fully furnished in all its parts; It is located on the first floor with independent entrance by an external staircase. The interior is divided into a large kitchen / living room with table, television and sofa bed. A bathroom and a double bedroom complete the apartment. Also available two more single beds (to be combined to create a double in case of a couple) useful to reach a maximum capacity of 4 people; they can be placed both in the living room and in the double bedroom, according to the guest's needs.
The price includes also cleaning, towels, bedding (sheets, blankets, etc ...), consumer expenses (gas, electricity), parking, wireless internet, hike or rent rubber dinghy, better pricing through my company boat rental at Porto Pino etc ... so no other hidden costs.
- Guest access -
The apartment has a drying rack, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. still present with digital terrestrial TV, air conditioning and wireless INTERNET access. On request for baby cot.
NB: The apartment is air conditioned with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is included in the price, therefore, it is required to avoid unnecessary waste.
- The district -
As shown by the map of the area, which you can find among the pictures of the apartment, it is located in a strategic area from which you can reach all the various beaches and villages of the province.
- A tour of the neighborhood -
Just below the house there is a bar / tobacconist. For those arriving without their own transport, the apartment is accessible from the airport via train (Cagliari Elmas ---> Carbonia) ... and from Carbonia by bus (ARST) or taxi.
- Other Things to Highlight -
In collaboration with the "Sea And Sand" boat rental, you will be able to lease your boat (or make an excursion with a skipper on board), and reach the most beautiful hidden beaches of our coast, at a very advantageous price. Furthermore we rent also bikes and scooters.
