About this apartment rental
Near the Albegna river, just 200 meters from the sea, is the magnificent Casale del Breschi, a spacious 19th century farmhouse. Here we have a 4-room apartment in the farmhouse on two floors and accommodates 8-10 people. On the ground floor there are two living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen and a bathroom, on the first floor 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the farmhouse there is a garden shared with other apartments in the farmhouse where you can rest in the shade of the pine trees after the sun on the beach or dine outdoors.
The house has no heating. Only a wood stove on the first floor. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
The garden, very spacious which is located in front and behind the house, is shared by other guests of the farmhouse. The sea can be reached on foot in a few steps.
A possible help for house cleaning is available, upon agreement with the owner. Any damage will be communicated by the tenant to the owner and will be refunded to him.
