Lulu City Unit #5G is a fantastic 2BD/2BA multilevel condo (3rd floor walk-up) in the Town of Telluride making it ideal for enjoying the summer festival season and the winter ski season. Lulu 5G has views to the west of the valley floor and views to the east of the pool, aspen trees and the town nestled in the famous box canyon. Coonskin (Lift 7) is only a couple minute walk as is the grocery store! The River Trail is a few steps out the door, providing wonderful access to town attractions (all less than 10 minutes walk) and a network of hiking and biking trails. Amenities include recently renovated Pool w/Hot Tub, grill and Enclosed Private Garage. Parking was a hassle as our vehicle was too long. We searched for a legal space and thought we had one but didn’t. The host had gotten us a zone A. Any how, the fine was less than the cost of parking. Anyhow no fault of the hosting agency. It’s just an aggravation.

Clean and spacious condo in a great location! The property management team did a wonderful job stocking the home with thoughtful touches, including welcome goodies and plenty of toiletries, which made our stay extra comfortable. They were also responsive and helpful when we needed to secure local parking upon check-in.

Overall the stay was great! My only comment is that I was a bit confused about the parking zones for the secondary vehicle. I texted over my vehicle information for my second vehicle, and was told I could park in Zone A. There was a concert in town, so the street parking was very full, and I was confused if I was able to park on the street / alley between Lulu and Telluride Lodge. We did not park here because we were worried that the parking spot belonged to someone in the Telluride Lodge, even though it was considered Zone A. I think some additional clarification of which streets we can and cannot park on with the secondary vehicle would be great. The place was great and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
