Cefn Bryn Mawr is a beautiful barn conversion in Criccieth in North Wales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are made up of a ground floor king-size double with en-suite, a ground floor double and a ground floor twin as well as a separate ground floor bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a front patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Cefn Bryn Mawr is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year. Please note: Washing machine not in the property.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer. TV/DVD with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio and furniture. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pubs, restaurants and shops 3 mins walk. Castle and beach 10 min walk. Note: Although situated off the high street the cottage is located behind a pub, some associated noise may be heard during busier periods. Note: During summer, live music is played on a Saturday night in the pub garden, associated noise can be heard. Please note: The use of the EV charging point at this property is prohibited. Please note: Washing machine not in the property.
