About this cottage rental
Lovely private one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, living room with large private outdoor patio. WiFi, Satellite TV, Internet. Incredible views of beach and Sea of Cortez. Easy one minute walk to ocean (shallow and generally calm due to being in partial bay) Sandy bottom. Clean and beautiful private beach. Only 4 minute drive to local town with small grocery store, restaurants with great food that is very reasonable, police, fire station, and community center. Owners reside in main house next door to ensure all of your needs are met and expectations are exceeded in every way.
The Sea of Cortes is one of the richest bodies of water on the planet and has rightly earned the epithet of the “world’s greatest fish trap.” With over 900 different kinds of fish (around 20% of which are endemic) and 2000 kinds of marine invertebrates to be found in its waters, the Sea of Cortez is truly swimming with life. Indeed, one of the reasons the Sea of Cortez is filled with fish is its abundant food supply. San Felipe 2019: Best of San Felipe, Mexico Tourism - is only 45 minutes north and a wonderful small city for great restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing and bar hopping. Incredible location, super attentive hosts (resolved small initial issue immediately). AC works great if needed, water/power plentiful for two.

It was FANTASTIC! I couldn’t have asked for a better place for vacation. Clean, pretty and right on the beach!

When we arrived,it took us 10 mins to get the door unlocked,there was no water pressure,the bathroom sink plug didnt work,I was on my knees everytime the sink had to be drained,no toaster,the view was beautiful,could not get firm directions on the location of the unit until we paid,had we known it was 51 k from San Felipe we would not have rented it .
