Spectacular Loft, located just 5 minutes by car from the Feria de Madrid, Juan Carlos I Park and the Olivar de la Hinojosa Golf Course. 10 minutes drive to the airport and the nearest metro line 4. We have an auto-bus stop and taxi on the street.
Open, double-height spaces seating area, access to plant car lifts. You want to know what it is to enjoy a true loft.

The building in which the Loft is located, was originally created for industries and currently works as offices for designers, creatives, entrepreneurs, etc. on the third floor a musical rehearsal room and a bar, 6 more loft for events and work stays. An Asian restaurant on the ground floor. A 3 minute walk to the Buger King area and the gas station with a small supermarket. El Corte Ingles, Carrefour, with shopping centers, shops, cinemas and typical Spanish restaurants. 10 minutes in the business area of Cristalia restaurants and cafes.
The nearest metro stops, San Lorenzo and Mar de Cristal, with T11 auto-bus connection (Monday to Friday until 9:30 pm) and 104 Auto-bus (every day until 24h).

This spacious two-story industrial loft exceeded expectations! Located just 15 minutes walking distance from IFEMA (perfect for our conference), the 140m² concrete space offers a stunning modern design that's both stylish and practical.The massive table, comfortable beds, and open layout provided our family room to spread out - a welcome contrast to the cramped hotel room we stayed in previously. We could actually enjoy time together without being on top of each other.While in an industrial/professional area rather than residential, the neighborhood feels completely safe and clean. An excellent grocery store is just 11 minutes away, allowing us to utilize the well-equipped kitchen. Public transport isn't the most efficient, but quick Ubers to train stations made day trips to Toledo and Segovia easy (both highly recommended).Angela, the owner, was incredibly responsive and kind. We communicated effectively through VRBO and WhatsApp using translation tools.This loft is significantly underpriced for the value! The difference between this spacious accommodation and typical European hotel rooms is astounding. For anyone visiting Madrid, especially for IFEMA events, this industrial gem offers exceptional style, space, and convenience that far exceeds standard hotel options.Madrid itself is now one of my favorite cities - amazing architecture, incredible food, and friendly people.

El loft es precioso, muy moderno, con todas las comodidades y de espacios abiertos y luminosos. Nosotros eramos 7 y teníamos cama para todos, el propietario muy amable nos colocó una cama adicional en el salón para mi hija pequeña y estuvimos super cómodos. La decoración es muy moderna, la cocina totalmente equipada, los baños muy limpios, la ducha con agua con muy buena presión y caliente, las camas cómodas. Para nosotros estuvo perfecto, mas es importante que cada huésped valore pues se encuentra en una zona exclusivamente de oficinas que no tiene comercios abajo en la calle y el edificio por fuera es industrial, para nosotros lo importante era el alojamiento así que fue excelente. El propietario bien amable, luego de la reserva no tuvimos respuesta hasta el día de entrada unas horas antes pues la propietaria estaba de viaje pero su esposo nos atendió de maravilla. Nosotros cuando vayamos en grupo repetiremos.

estancia bien pero mal aprovechada. para 4 personas solo un baño completo y un aseo puede ser insuficiente. con agrandar un poco el aseo de abajo para meter una ducha. y las 2 habitaciones con puerta otro metro y poner armario. mejoraría mucho. los anfitriones muy agradables y atentos. para ir a IFEMA excelente
