Villa Albatros B is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Albatros B you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Albatros B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Laureana Cilento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Agropoli beach) at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Villa Albatros B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Albatros B you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. Swimming caps are required. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-October, from 9 am to 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby villa, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

La propriété est belle et bien entretenue et la location propre et bien équipée. L'environnement est très agréable, calme et avec vue sur le parc de Cilento et la mer au loin. La piscine est très agréable et les propriétaires sont accueillants.
Conseil 1 : disposer d'une voiture car la location est assez isolée
Conseil 2 : prévoir des bonnets de piscine, obligatoires
